Vodice Tourist Board is organizing a picnic in Rakitnica for all citizens and guests of Vodice. The picnic is held by the church of St. John, with participation of the music ensemble and the Cultural Association Vodiške perlice, which will show the traditional customs of preparing wild greens and polenta. At 11:15 a guided walking tour starts from the picnic location to the Liburnian-Roman site on Velika Mrdakovica. The picnic starts at 10:00 with transportation from the Vodice bus station organized for all visitors from 9:30, every half hour.
During the month of May, there are many events that mark the City of Vodice Day, which is on May 3rd.

The traditional 32nd Easter Breakfast will be held on Easter Monday, April 18, 2022. in Vodice on F. Tuđman Square starting at 9:45 am. In addition to the festive table that will offer visitors local specialties, an entertainment program and a fair of local products have been prepared.
