The CMC festival, the largest festival of local pop and party music, is bringing the biggest names of the regional music scene to Vodice again this summer.
Vodice Tourist Board is organizing a picnic in Rakitnica for all citizens and guests of Vodice. The picnic is held by the church of St. John, with participation of the music ensemble and the Cultural Association Vodiške perlice, which will show the traditional customs of preparing wild greens and polenta. At 11:15 a guided walking tour starts from the picnic location to the Liburnian-Roman site on Velika Mrdakovica. The picnic starts at 10:00 with transportation from the Vodice bus station organized for all visitors from 8:30, every half hour.
One of the most attractive mountain bike tracks and race in Croatia, besides demanding climbs and steep descents, offers an unforgettable view of Vodice and the surrounding islands. Mastering this track is the true adrenaline experience you will never forget!
A warm and life-affirming story by Teatar Exit, Malo Blago (“Little Treasure”), directed by Lea Anastazija Fleger, is coming to the Vodice stage. The cast is led by experienced and versatile actresses Mirela Brekalo, Jelena Miholjević and Anja Jogunica.
Ticket price: €8; €4 for students and pensioners. Tickets can also be collected with the Friend of the Theatre 2026 membership card.

The traditional Easter Breakfast will be held on Easter Monday in Vodice on Kneza Branimira Square starting at 9:45 am. In addition to the festive table that will offer visitors local specialties, an entertainment program and a fair of local products have been prepared.
The Smallest Wine Festival Comes to Vodice: AHA! Wine & Food Festival at SeeSea Hotel
On Sunday, March 29, 2026, Vodice will host a special wine and gastronomy event – the AHA! Wine & Food Festival – taking place at SeeSea Hotel from 12:00 to 18:00. This event brings a unique, intimate edition of a wine festival that combines premium labels, creative cuisine, and a relaxed seaside atmosphere.
AHA! Wine Bar will present rare and carefully selected wine labels that are rarely found in regular offerings. Visitors will have the opportunity to taste wines that are not opened every day, with a focus on quality and the authenticity of the wine scene.
The gastronomic part of the festival will be led by young chef Roko Marin, who will combine Dalmatian tradition with modern culinary techniques through his creative approach, creating a unique food & wine experience tailored to the wine labels presented during the event.
Bike Ride “Welcome Spring”
Dear cycling friends, let’s welcome spring together with an easy ride from the center of Vodice along the seaside promenade to Tribunj and Sovlje, and then back to Plava Plaža.
At Plava Plaža there will be a barbecue and entertainment for all participants.
Start: Vodice waterfront (riva) at 12:00.
On Friday, March 13, the Vodice Center for Art and Culture will host PlayDrama from Split with the play DEAD ANGLE, based on the text by Nikolina Rafaj and directed by Dražen Krešić. Starring: Laura Bošnjak, Filip Luka Gospić, and Nika Petrović.
Ticket price: 8 euros; for students and pensioners 4 euros. The Theatre Friend 2026 card is valid for ticket collection.

As part of the call Strengthening the Capacities of Civil Society Organizations for the Promotion of STEM, implemented by the Government Office for Cooperation with NGOs of the Republic of Croatia and the National Foundation for Civil Society Development, the association Nikola Tesla Network – Mreža Nikola Tesla has been awarded the project Tesla’s STEM Academy – Learning through Innovation and Fun. The project is co-financed by the European Social Fund Plus (ESF+).
One of the project activities is the educational event Tesla & STEM, which is held in ten Croatian counties and offers visitors the opportunity to learn about the work and inventions of the famous scientist Nikola Tesla. Through interesting demonstrations and conversations with visitors, young members of the association – electrical and mechanical engineers – present Tesla’s work in an accessible and interactive way and bring the STEM field closer to a wider audience.
The presentation of the Tesla & STEM project for Šibenik-Knin County will take place in Vodice, at Trg kneza Branimira (park), on Tuesday, 10 March 2026, from 12:00 to 15:00.
This event is an excellent opportunity for all visitors to learn something new about science and technology through an engaging and interactive approach. It is especially intended for children and young people, introducing them to the world of innovation in a fun way, encouraging curiosity and developing interest in STEM fields. The organizers invite all citizens, parents, children, and passers-by to visit the event and discover how science can be interesting and accessible to everyone.
The Center for Art and Culture is bringing another hit comedy to the Cultural Center stage — MAMA’S BOYS, based on the text by Matko Elezović and directed by Ivana Čoh. Starring: Matea Elezović Brdar / Kristina Krepela, Petra Težak, and Borko Perić.

On Friday, January 23, the Vodice Center for Art and Culture will host Kerekeš Teatar with the award-winning hit play IVA AND GLORIA, which has been continuously filling theaters across the country since its premiere in March last year. The witty script was written by the actresses themselves – Gloria Dubelj and Iva Šimić Šakoronja – and the play was directed by Jan Kerekeš.

The Vodiški Piketaši invite you, on behalf of their parent hiking club HPK Sveti Mihovil from Šibenik, to join the traditional Advent Night Hike on December 21, 2025.
As in previous years, our goal is to bid farewell to the old year with a night walk through the hills of the Vodiško hinterland. This year, we will gather at the cemetery parking lot in Vodice. The hike starts at 4:00 PM. We are meeting a bit earlier this year so that we can transition from day to night along the trail.
After the hike, we will socialize with sausages and drinks in front of Konoba Draži, and afterward, everyone can enjoy the Advent festivities in the park.
The Croatian Cultural and Artistic Society Tribunj, under the professional guidance of Prof. Ivan Korunić, and their mandolin orchestra, accompanied by the distinctive voice of Mile Perkov, will offer an evening full of music you must not miss.

Vodice will soon shine again in its most magnificent festive attire! From December 12, 2025, to January 3, 2026, the town will become the center of holiday magic and joy – the Vodice Tourist Board and the City of Vodice are once again organizing Advent in Vodice.
Over the years, this event has grown into a favorite gathering place during the holidays, bringing together many locals and visitors who come to enjoy the warm, cheerful, and colorful Advent atmosphere. Everything takes place in the beautiful setting of the town park on Knez Branimir Square, which will once again sparkle this winter with thousands of lights and festive decorations.
The cultural association Vodiške Perlice is working diligently to preserve Vodice's traditions. On St. Lucy’s Day, they will present folk customs and show how this holiday was once celebrated in the homes of Vodice.
