The property is located in the Velim area, 2 kilometers from the A1 motorway (Pirovac), 15 km from Sibenik, 12 kilometers from Vodice, only 10 minutes drive from Krka National Park. Maybe the sea does not strike their  tavern doors, but family Roca are real Dalmatians - they love to eat and drink, and take siesta in the shade of the tavern.
