Ingredients:
- 2 yolks
- 1 dcl oil
- some brandy
- 2 dcl of milk
- 1 kg of flour
- yeast
- lemon peel
- raisins
- a bit of salt
- 0.5 l of warm water
Mix all the ingredients to obtain a smooth mixture, cover them to rise, until the dough doubles. Using two teaspoons, form balls and fry in deep oil until golden. Sprinkle with some powdered sugar.
