Klapa singing is a traditional form of multipart a cappella singing characteristic of Dalmatia, distinguished by harmonious voices and emotional interpretations. With performances of some of the best dalmatian klapa ensembles, this event has become an audience's favourite when it comes to summer night's fun. Vodice Tourist Board is organizing a picnic in Rakitnica for all citizens and guests of Vodice. The picnic is held by the church of St. John, with participation of the music ensemble and the Cultural Association Vodiške perlice, which will show the traditional customs of preparing wild greens and polenta. At 11:15 a guided walking tour starts from the picnic location to the Liburnian-Roman site on Velika Mrdakovica. The picnic starts at 10:00 with transportation from the Vodice bus station organized for all visitors from 8:30, every half hour.
The traditional Easter Breakfast will be held on Easter Monday in Vodice on Kneza Branimira Square starting at 9:45 am. In addition to the festive table that will offer visitors local specialties, an entertainment program and a fair of local products have been prepared.

Don't miss the sixth brunch as part of the "Taste like... marenda" project, which will take place on Saturday, October 5th, at Knez Branimir Square in Đardin, Vodice. Traditional brunches will be prepared by chefs from Strikoman's Bistro and Makina Tavern. The event will feature winemakers from Vinoplod Winery Šibenik, Baraka Winery, and Birin Winery. In addition, you can look forward to an interesting culinary story, an excellent music program, and educational workshops for children and adults. Local products from family farms and creatives will also be available for sale.
