The most cheerful and the most colorful Vodice festival this year lasts for seven days during which all generations of visitors will find their corner for relaxation, creativity and fun! The Ukrainian artist Kseniya Noryk has already exhibited at the Vodice Public Library – both solo and alongside fellow artists from the art association "More".
This Friday, she will present several of her new works, as well as showcase pieces created by participants of the painting course she leads in her gallery.
The opening of the exhibition, titled "One Year – A Hundred Impressions", will take place at 7 PM.
The Vodice Center for Art and Culture will ceremoniously open the archaeological exhibition ON LIBURNIAN SOIL – HILLFORTS IN THE HINTERLAND OF VODICE on Thursday, March 27, at 7 PM in the atrium of the Vodice Cultural Center. The exhibition is authored by two archaeologists, Marko Menđušić and Emil Podrug, a museum advisor at the Šibenik City Museum.

On Monday, June 10th, in the atrium of the Cultural Center, the Vodice Center for Art and Culture will open the photo exhibition by Verdan Grubelić: Motor Boat TIJAT – A Boat with a Soul on Line 505. This exhibition is different from others because it is not just artistic but also a memory of the fates of the islanders. Through his lens, the author created a document of a time, highlighting the value of this boat as part of the local maritime heritage. The exhibition will be open until July 31, 2024.
The program begins with an interesting guided tour through the exhibition that is mandatory for visitors to participate in an interactive quiz and embark on a small quest for answers and new knowledge. Come, have fun, and enjoy Museum Night 2024! For visitors from the mainland: Jadrolinija ship from Vodice departs at 18:00, and the return to Vodice is at 20:15.

From 2016 to today, the photo workshop "The World in Colors" under the expert guidance of Sanja Grgić Ćurić experienced a real boom. After many years of workshops in Zagreb, with the founding of Foto Hrvatska in 2016. and large tours of 200 workshops throughout Croatia and in neighboring Bosnia and Herzegovina and about 3,500 people who went through photo education - a project that is unique in its scope and realization and never seen before in Croatia, the purpose of the photo workshops shone in full light. The "World in Colors" photo workshop has the special support and positive professional opinion of the Ministry of Science and Education of the Republic of Croatia and the Agency for Education of the Republic of Croatia and is also supported by the Ministry of Culture of the Republic of Croatia.

"Beata & Graffita" is a one-day event on the iconic old pier which for one day becomes a center of urban culture where you have the opportunity to enjoy a combination of music, sea, art and sports. Graffiti artists from all parts of Croatia will present their art skills, and the visual part will be accompanied by a varied music program with numerous DJs, a skate session and a vynil records' fair.

Vodice Open University opens the fifth archaeological exhibition with finds from the localities of the Vodice region, the third dedicated to Velika Mrdakovica, which deserves our constant attention with its unique finds and value. The exhibition aptly named VESTIGIA VITAE vividly shows traces of the life of ancient peoples who lived on Velika Mrdakovica several thousand years ago. The exhibition will be presented by the author, Toni Brajković, senior curator of the ancient collection of the Museum of the City of Šibenik.
The exhibition "Treasures of the Adriatic Sea" will offer visitors an exclusive opportunity to see shells, snails, crabs, sponges and corals from the Adriatic sea in one place. The exhibition was designed by Podmorko d.o.o. which, in cooperation with Vodice Tourist Board, will present the most attractive shells of Adriatic shells and snails, shells of crabs, skeletons of sponges and corals. All exhibits will be placed in the unusual environment of a MAN bus, which has been given a completely new function for this occasion. Take advantage of this unique opportunity - see the different types of marine organisms that can be found in the Adriatic sea, and learn more about their life habits and importance for the ecosystem.
This year's Museum Night theme: Museums are important! apostrophizes the power that museums possess in communicating the importance of sustainable development, through the preservation of natural and cultural heritage, society and human civilization. Since it has been 10 years since its opening, this Museum Night is dedicated to the Faust Vrančić Memorial Center and its importance. The official program begins at 6:00 p.m. with a tour of the permanent exhibition, and at 6:30 p.m. the employees of the Center will take the visitors through its ten years of activities and achievements with a presentation.
