"ŠAŠA“   (tomato sauce)

•  2 kg tomatoes
•  ½ kg onion
• ¼ l olive oil
• handful parsley
• 4 garlic grains- salt- 1 chili pepper

"PULENTA“ (cornmeal)

• 2 l water
• 2 tablespoons olive oil
• ½ kg corn flour
• salt
