Vodice Tourist Board is organizing a picnic in Rakitnica for all citizens and guests of Vodice. The picnic is held by the church of St. John, with participation of the music ensemble and the Cultural Association Vodiške perlice, which will show the traditional customs of preparing wild greens and polenta. At 11:30 a guided walking tour starts from the picnic location to the Liburnian-Roman site on Velika Mrdakovica. The picnic starts at 10:00 with transportation from the Vodice bus station organized for all visitors from 8:30, every half hour.
