The International Cycling Race CRO Race has established itself as the most significant sporting event that successfully promotes Croatia on the global stage every year through tourism and sports. In its ninth edition, the CRO Race brings 20 cycling teams to Croatia, with more than a hundred cyclists competing in six stages from October 1st to 6th, covering almost a thousand kilometers across the country. The race will be broadcast live on HTV, with the television coverage reaching up to 140 countries worldwide, as teams come from various nations, from Australia to Europe. This year, for the first time, the cyclists will start in Vodice, while the finish, as always, will be in Zagreb.
