• FIREFIGHTERS (MEN/WOMEN) – Required equipment: sportswear and trail-appropriate footwear, firefighter helmet, and a backpack (provided and filled with water at the start: 3L for women, 5L for men).

• OPEN – For all recreational runners and supporters of firefighting – Required equipment: sportswear and trail-appropriate footwear.
