19th Vodice Jazz & Blues Festival
The 19th Vodice Jazz & Blues Festival gathers the eminent Croatian and world musicians and it will be held again this July in Vodice. The first festival was held in 2003 and since then it has been known among the audience as a festival of top-level interpretations of renowned musicians in the unique amphitheater ambient at the Vodice waterfront. Stylewise, this festival extends from classic rhythms of swing and dixieland to more contemporary genres like fusion and free jazz. In the course of three nights, the festival attracts about 1,500 jazz music lovers, and the entrance is free. The organizer of the festival is the Vodice Tourist Board.

After 20 years, on the initiative of Vodice Brass Orchestra and artistic director Željko Andrić, we have Big Band Vodice again!
Big Band Vodice performs jazz and swing music and has about 20 enthusiasts, amateurs, but also professional musicians from Vodice, Zadar, Šibenik, Primošten, Skradin, Imotski and Opuzen.

J.R. August is a Croatian singer-songwriter and the leading musical talent in the region. His debut album Dangerous Waters was named the best domestic album of 2019 by several Croatian music critics. In 2020, he also won the Porin Music Award in the category Album of the Year, New Artist of the Year and Best Alternative Music Album. J.R.’s music draws influences from a variety of directions: from old piano blues and boogie-woogie, through folk songwriters, to contemporary indie music - but it’s entirely his, made up of his imaginary of the rivers, forests and animals that live in it.
19.07.2021. - Raphael Wressnig & M.S.A.Q.
"Soul Gift Special" concert is a "collage" program composed of two parts. In the first part, the Raphael Wressnig Trio and Mate Skračić Adaptive Quartet perform separately, while in the second part the bands merge to form a completely new fusion of genres and sound in a unique music with a lot of interaction and improvisation. Both bands play music with the influences of soul, funk, blues and jazz.
