On May 10, 2025, at the Center for Culture and Arts in Vodice, the 15th Folklore Festival of the Šibenik-Knin County will be held, starting at 7:00 PM. For the first time, the festival is organized by the Community of Cultural and Artistic Associations of Šibenik-Knin County, with financial support from the Šibenik-Knin County and the Ministry of Culture and Media of the Republic of Croatia. Co-organizers include the City of Vodice, the Tourist Board of Vodice, and the Tourist Board of Šibenik-Knin County. The festival will bring together 12 folklore groups from Šibenik-Knin County, along with guests from Rijeka. Their performances will be evaluated by a professional jury consisting of Dr. Tvrtko Zebec, Kate Šikić Čubrić, M.A. in Ethnology, and Professor Sonja Batur, who will nominate the best groups to represent Šibenik-Knin County at various national folklore festivals.

The 15th Folklore Festival will be ceremonially opened by the members of KU "Vodiške perlice". The festival will be preceded by a festive parade of participants through the city streets, starting at 5:45 PM in front of the Cultural Center.

Join us and support the 15th Folklore Festival of Šibenik-Knin County, which will gather guardians of traditional heritage from Petrovo Polje, Pirovac, Miljevci, Šibenik, Krapanj, Mirlović, Knin, Primošten, Vodice, Kijevo, and Jezera, who will proudly bring the songs and dances of their regions to the stage of the Vodice Cultural Center.
